Booking Fee

Add-ons
- Additional time: $75 per half hour
- Additional location: $50 within 15 miles
- Studio sessions are available upon request and subject to availability and an additional fee of $150.
- Outfit changes: No charge unless additional time applies
Referrals
- Referring client: $50 off next session or free print up to 8×10
- New client: $50 off first session
Additional Information
Payment Schedule
The $50 Booking Fee must be paid in order to reserve your session time.
The Session Fee must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your photo session. We will remind you via email, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Extending Your Session
If you feel like you need more time during your photo session, we may be able to extend it for you. The additional fee ($75 per half-hour) may be paid by cash or credit card during the session. However, adding time is subject to day-of availability.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you cancel your session, your $50 Booking Fee will not be refunded. However, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional charge.
Studio Sessions
Studio sessions are available upon request and subject to availability. An additional fee of $150 per hour applies. Please inquire for more details. If you are interested in booking a studio session, please email eventhorizonmediala@gmail.com with any details you can provide, and we will confirm studio availability.
Outfit Changes
We do not limit the number of outfit changes, but remember that changing takes time! You may need to extend your session to accommodate multiple outfits.
Travel Fees
Kevin loves to drive and travel, so we are happy to accommodate photoshoots outside of the Acadiana area. For locations over 15 miles from zip code 70518, travel fees start at $25 and increase based on distance. Travel time is subject to availability. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your location.
Digital Gallery
Your photos will be delivered to you no more than three (3) weeks following the date of your photo session. You will receive an email with a link to view and download high-resolution photos (no watermarks).
Photo Minimums/Maximums
Unlike many photographers, we don’t believe in capping the number of great photos of you that you get access to. Instead of a maximum number of photos, our session packages include a photo minimum. However, if we promise 50 photos and come out with 65 great ones, your digital gallery will include every one of them.
